Caretaker and security service

We believe that safety, orderliness and cleanliness in our housing developments are important aspects in making our tenants feel at home. All our properties are therefore looked after by our caretaker.


Since you, the tenant, can have a great influence on your incidental costs based on your usage behaviour, we offer you regular tips on how to be more aware of your water, electricity and energy consumption.
